The short version

Production engineer, end to end.

Most AI projects don’t fail on the model. They fail on everything around it: retrieval that can’t find the right passage, prompts that drift, costs that spiral, and systems that nobody can trust with sensitive data. That gap between a convincing demo and a dependable product is where I work.

I’ve architected a legal intelligence platform that indexes 50,000+ French-language court decisions with 98%-accurate PII anonymization, built a public-sector assistant sized for 10,000+ queries a day, designed agent platforms with human approval gates, and cut LLM costs by about 90% with prompt caching in a live SaaS product.

I own the whole pipeline: data ingestion, retrieval architecture, prompts and evaluation, the API, and deployment. Clients get one accountable engineer instead of a relay of handoffs, plus clear documentation so their team can run what we build.
